InsuranceUnfortunately, I do not accept insurance however, I do accept Health Savings Accounts. Insurance companies control how counselors provide therapy such as how many weeks of treatment you can get, how long the sessions can last and how often you can come to therapy. A mental health diagnosis is also required for reimbursement. Being an out-of-network provider helps me focus on giving you unrestricted care without the burden of being controlled by their stringent policies. The bottom line is this, your insurance company does not know what you’re going through, how to treat you, or what is best for you. Another important factor to consider is that I can keep your information completely secure and confidential and there will be no mental health diagnosis on your permanent health record (unless you request it or decide to submit super bills).
